Myke Pro Landscape Warranty Program

KAT Nurseries will be offering the MYKE Pro Landscape 2 year warranty program. The MYKE Pro Landscape product (Granular Mycorrhizal Inoculant) is a granular form sold in a ~7lb (40 cups) bag at a cost of $84.50.

The MYKE Warranty program will cover the following:

1. 50% of the plant replacement cost in the first year*
2. 75% of the plant replacement cost in the second year*
3. Plants rated Zone 5 or below as determined in KAT Nurseries Reference Guide

*The maximal insurable plant value is $300.

To be eligible for this warranty program, the following requirements must be met:

1. When purchasing plant material
   1. Enough MYKE’s product must be purchased to meet the application rate requirements listed on the bag.
   2. A Job Name &/or PO Number must be provided for each job.
2. When utilizing the warranty
   1. The Job Name &/or PO Number must be provided in order to process the warranty.

In conjunction with the MYKE Pro Landscape Warranty Program, KAT Nurseries will be offering as a subsidy our own 2 year warranty program.
The combination of both of these warranties is a 100% coverage of the
plant replacement cost.
The KAT Nurseries subsidy will cover the following:

1. 50% of the plant replacement cost in the first year
2. 25% of the plant replacement cost in the second year

To be eligible for the KAT Nurseries warranty, the following requirement must be met:

1. Customer must have all invoices paid within terms for
   the entire year.
